Shorenorth Shoutout

Thank you our members for volunteering at our booth for Family Day at the​ Shorenorth Farmer's Market. Families had a great time coloring, playing frog cornhole and splashing in our water sensory bin.

Featured Family

Olivia and her two daughters are enrolled this year. This will be Olivia's second year as our marketing lead and she also enjoys procuring donations for our Spring Carnival. Her older daughter will be attending her 3rd year at Shorenorth as a Mover and her younger daughter will be joining for her 1st year as an Explorer. Olivia joined our co-op to meet more families with young children close to home and to make friendships that she and her kids can carry on through Elementary School and beyond. Her daughter loves painting in the Green Room, knocking down bowling pins in the Movement Room and making muffins in the mud kitchen of the Outdoor Playscape.

Beyond the Classroom

Parent's Night Out

We host a handful of Parent's Night Outs at various locations during the year. This is a great opportunity to get to know the other parents in your class - and maybe talk about something else besides your kids!

Field Trips

On a quarterly basis, we take the kids on field trips to dance classes, museums, parks, the fire station & more.

Book Club

We welcome members to our monthly no pressure
​"you didn't have to finish the book" book club. 

ABAR Committee

To increase equality and opportunity for all students, parents and staff at our school, we founded an Anti-Bias Anti-Racism committee in 2021.
